学习工作经历:

2005~2009年就读于安徽大学物理系应用物理专业,获学士学位。

2009~2012年就读于中国科学技术大学物理系凝聚态物理,获硕士学位。

2012至今就职于微纳研究与制造中心担任刻蚀机组负责人
